Whenever I have kiwi, I always feel an instant super boost of energy that helps me begin my day beautifully. It tastes even better combined with raspberries, or any fruit for that matter. The feeling is better than coffee. As I have begun photographing (almost) all my smoothies, I couldn't help but falling in love with all the beautiful colours that we can blend together. One day, hopefully, I will cover all the colours of the rainbow.

INGREDIENTS (please choose organic whenever possible)

  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • 1 apple
  • Juice of 1 lime (try half if you find it too bitter)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Coconut flakes
  • 3 little blueberies


In a blender, combine raspberries, kiwi, apple and water and blend. Garnish with coconut flakes and blueberries. Serve and enjoy! :)
