Flaxseed oatmeal bowl

An easy 5 minute breakfast that will keep you warm, satisfied and full of energy for the day!

INGREDIENTS (Please use organic if possible)

  • Oatmeal
  • Flaxseeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Pecan nuts
  • Cantaloupe
  • Apples
  • Raw honey


Cook oatmeal with a teaspoon of flaxseed and chia seeds. Top with raw pecan nuts and drizzle with a heap of raw honey. Serve with a side of fresh apples and cantaloupe.
