Superfood Bowl

While visiting Wholefoods, I picked up a jar of peanut coconut butter yesterday and immediately put it in my basket. My original intention was to get almond butter at first, but the peanut coconut butter caught my eye. Then I got myself some coconut yogurt, too. I'm a sucker for anything coconut. In fact, I've been a complete sucker for superfoods lately.

Today's breakfast is coconut yogurt and superfoods in a super delicious bowl. I've topped mine with chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, fresh blackberries, pineapple, dried goji berries and a generous heap of peanut coconut butter. Simple and perfect.
