Superfood Açaí Bowl

Today I woke up craving an açaí bowl. I know I just had one the other day, but I think I'm forming an addiction. I'm just so in love with açaí bowls. They're sweet and delicious; light yet filling. You just can't go wrong with it. After tryng my hand at making a more "traditional" kind açaí bowl for the first time, I wanted to play around with some more playful and colourful ingredients, and this is what happened. From kiwis, blackberries and chia seeds to granola, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, flax seeds and goji berries, this is an açaí bowl jam packed with superfood goodness. If you use nutmilk as the liquid base, it will also be vegan, vegetarian, dairy free and gluten-free.



  • Açaí berries (fresh or frozen)
  • Banana
  • Almond milk


  • Kiwi
  • Blackberries
  • Gluten free granola
  • Hemp seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Flax seeds
  • Coconut flakes
  • Dried goji berries



All you do is blend the açaí berries and almond milk in a blender and then top with your fruit, ganola and any of your favourite toppings! :)
