INGREDIENTS (please choose organic whenever possible)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 table spoons flax seeds
- dried goji berries
- coconut flakes
- raw honey
- In a mason jar, combine chia seeds, flaxseeds and almond milk and mix well.
- Allow the pudding to sit overnight.
- Heat and top with fruit the next morning and serve!
