ALMOND CHIA FLAXSEED PUDDING

INGREDIENTS (please choose organic whenever possible)

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 table spoons flax seeds
  • blackberries
  • kiwifruit
  • dried goji berries
  • coconut flakes
  • raw honey

PREPARATION

  1. In a mason jar, combine chia seeds, flaxseeds and almond milk and mix well.
  2. Allow the pudding to sit overnight.
  3. Heat and top with fruit the next morning and serve!
