You don't need me to tell you about the fantastic benefits of blueberries for you to know how amazing these little berries are for your health. I'm a fan of starting the day with superfoods every morning, and blueberries are definitely on top of the list. When shopping, I've noticed that Trader Joes and Wholefoods both have good selections of organic wild blueberries in the frozen fruit sections of their stores, and I love stocking up on a few packets for an easy and convenient snack whenever I don't have fresh berries on hand. Wild blueberries are smaller, sweeter and darker than the usual blueberries we buy in packages at grocery stores. It's definitely good to switch up your berries once in a while!

INGREDIENTS (please use organic if possible)

  • Wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Banana
  • Almond milk
  • Fresh pineapple bits
  • Coconut flakes
  • Dried goji berries


Blend the banana, wild blueberries and almond milk in a blender. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with fresh pineapple bits, coconut flakes and dried goji berries. Serve and enjoy! :)
