- 3 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Mixed berries
In a mason jar, add 3 teaspoons of chia seeds, honey, cinnamon and 1 cup of warm (or cold) coconut milk. Close the lid and shake well. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes and shake well again before serving. Top with fresh fruit and enjoy!
You can also substitute coconut milk for organic soy, hemp, flax, pistachio or almond milk!
