Gluten-Free Waffles

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Gluten Free Baking Flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tspn olive oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

PREPARATION

  1. Combine dry ingredients
  2. Whisk wet ingredients together
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry and whisk together and let the mixture stand for 5 minutes
  4. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook according to directions.
  5. Add fruit and enjoy with honey or maple syrup.
  6. Enjoy!
