- 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Gluten Free Baking Flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tspn olive oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Combine dry ingredients
- Whisk wet ingredients together
- Add wet ingredients to dry and whisk together and let the mixture stand for 5 minutes
- Pour batter into waffle iron and cook according to directions.
- Add fruit and enjoy with honey or maple syrup.
